How do I care for my items?
All of my products are made from high quality materials to ensure they are both easy to care for and last a long time. I recommend machine washing in cold water, and drying at a low temperature to maximize the life of your items.
Will the items shrink?
I pre-wash all my fabrics, and everything else is made with pre-shrunk cotton. However, high temperatures may cause additional shrinking. For best results follow our fabric care directions.
Will my item be exactly as pictured?
Most of my items are made from fun patterned materials, and consequently pattern placement may cause some variation between the items pictured on the website and the items shipped out to you. Also, keep in mind that computer monitors don’t always display colors accurately. I make every effort to accurately describe the colors and patterns of products in their descriptions, but if you need a specific color and are unsure whether the item will work for you please contact me for clarification before purchasing.
The item I want is out of stock -will you be restocking it?
I’m a one person shop, and generally try to sew new pieces and restock the store every month. Follow me on facebook for updates on when new items will be released. Available fabric also changes over time, so while I restock every style the exact pattern you see in the shop may no longer be available. If you need something specific send me a message and I can let you know when it will be available or suggest alternatives.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
All handmade items are sewn in batches and released for sale in limited quantities, so all bibs, blankets, etc. you see available online is ready for shipping. Onesies and custom printed shirts are printed on demand, so the turnaround on those items will be one to two weeks before they are ready to ship.
What do you charge for shipping?
We ship through Canada Post, and rates are determined based on the weight of your items. Shipping charges will be calculated at check-out.
I live outside Canada, can I still order from you?
The online store is only set up to take Canadian orders, but international shipping can be arranged. Please contact me and let me know which items you would like to purchase and I can provide an estimate for international shipping. All transactions are in Canadian funds.
Do you offer local pick-up or do I have to pay for shipping?
I occasionally arrange meet-ups in local areas (eg: Whitecourt, Spruce Grove, Barrhead), and will offer free shipping coupon codes for anyone who wants to meet to pick up your items. Follow me on facebook for access to these coupon codes.
What payment forms do you accept?
I accept paypal, but prefer “offline payment” forms. For local meet-ups, I accept cash at pick-up. For online orders, you can select “pay offline” and send an e-transfer for the total amount to email@example.com.
